![]() The jewelry is reasonably priced and the quality is very high. We love this store and it has been perfect for buying gifts for myself or others that like exclusive and unique items. The staff is always friendly and incredibly knowledgeable about all the items in the store. This is what you call abusing the customers. There is NO REASON a damaged/repaired item should be sold above market value WITHOUT acknowledging that it was repaired. When I asked the cashier “How could you guys put this item back on the shelf for the same price?” She looked at me and told me that “Management told me to put it back because it was salvageable.” I told her “There isn’t even a sign that states the item was repaired or damaged.” She told me “I’m just the messenger.” She didn’t seem concerned at all that this company was misrepresenting it’s product and it’s condition. I went in the store today and that SAME item, that I purchased, was “fixed” and put back on display for the SAME amount of $319. I realize that they were able to price match at the $255 price point, but considering it was damages, there should’ve been a bigger discount. I was shocked that they were asking so much over the market price. Upon opening, I saw that one of the hands had been previously repaired with glue and the other hand had a red mark on it. I came home, excited about this purchase and I opened my item. The cashier wrapped those up fairly quickly, and I didn’t get a chance to view them. The only items I was not able to verify was her hands that detach from her arms. I was asked to examine the item and I did. I was excited and really happy when they were able to price match from the other store. I was a little put off that it was $319 when, on Amazon and another store it was priced at $255. I was pleased to see the Maleficent item I wanted in stock. I went in about a couple of weeks ago to buy a product from a collection I collect. No making things right, sale items are final sale (wish I knew that to begin with), out of stock items (you'll get a gift card) not your money back. ![]() I need to pick up the items which were final sale, sorry no exchanges.Įmployees should not give out wrong information and if they do then the store should honor what the customer was told.Įnd of the day, if you buy from this store be ready to give them your money and that's it. So I called and was told that couldn't happen. She said yes and the manager would call me. No, I didn't have time to just wait around so I left and asked if I could just leave my items there and they could send me another gift card to my email. The floor associate told me the manager wasn't there so the exchange couldn't happen but if I wanted to wait around for 30-60 minutes the manager would be back. Came in to return a few items that I didn't like and also didn't fit to exchange them for other items. Also it took 4 days for them to actually fill my online order for in store pick up, if I would have known it would take that long, I would have went to the store myself. Don't think that's a good business practice. No refund to my card? So if you purchased something you want and they don't have it anymore beware that your money will stay with them. I purchased multiple items online and a few were not in stock so a gift card of $50 was sent to my email (cost of the two items). ![]() Great little boutique with a trendy vibe and clothes. ![]()
